office hours are 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week.
Emails will be promptly
replied to; in your email please specify (if known) what type of room you are
interested in, how many are in your party, and on which dates.

We encourage you to make
reservations in advance, especially during the peak summer season and during special
area events and festivals.
Deposits: We accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We require one night's room rental
rate as a deposit.
Please note: A deposit
both insures that your accommodations will be available and also assures us that
the accommodations are reserved. Therefore, when situations arise that necessitate
a cancellation or change in arrival or departure dates less than 14 days in advance,
your deposit will not be refunded. Prices are subject
to change without notice except for advance deposit reservations. There is a 25%
service charge on all deposit refunds. When the situation permits, we will be
able to apply your deposit to another similar reservation.
